I have tried hard pillows to set on and gave up until I found this pillow. When it breaks down I will buy another one! It makes sitting for several hours move comfortable if you don't have a lot of backside padding and are elderly.
My chair was on life support before this. Cushion gone, comfort gone, motivation gone. Dropped this cushion on it and suddenly I’m sitting like I upgraded my whole setup.It’s thick, supportive, and has that nice “bounce” without feeling squishy. Doesn’t trap too much heat like foam does but after a good hr or so you do lose the "cool" feeling.If your chair is beat up but you’re not ready to replace it, this is an easy fix.

I was having chronic lower back pain whenever I would sit in a certain computer chair at home and this cushion absolutely fixed it! I have a pillow with the same material on one side so I figured I would try this and I'm glad I did. It's so squishy and comfortable on almost anything, but not too soft that it doesn't support you. It keeps its shape 100 percent,it bounces right back to original shape as soon as you get up. It's decent quality too because I've had mine for quite a while now. I've since purchased another for another chair that lost its lumbar support cushion. You could also definitely throw it on your car seat for a more comfortable ride if your traveling a lot too. It would definitely help with travel.
Have tried the memory foam cushions for my lift recliner and they don't work so well. Too tall to easily step out of the chair, and they offset the angle of hips and legs when reclined. Decided to go a different direction and after looking through various options, decided to give this a try. It levels out the recliner seat and offsets the pain caused by a couple of the chair mechanisms which hit hips in the wrong place. Does not impact overall height when seated in the chair, or when the chair is fully reclined. The included cover prevents slippage. Although will share that as noted by others, it does not make it easy to wiggle into a more comfortable position when the chair is reclined. Overall very happy with the purchase. Anxious to see how it holds up over time.
It definitely does what they say it can do. It's extremely comfortable and after owning it for over a month, it has helped the circulation in my legs. Sitting for long hours is now made comfortable again in my office chair as well as my home seating. I have bought three for myself as well as one for my Mom. As it turns out, she's happy with it and makes the same claims too.

More comfortable to sit on than some other types of cushions that cost more. Cover washed well. The breathable cover is necessary for comfort. A waterproof cover wouldn't work well. Tedious to sanitize honeycomb if it inadvertently gets wet. No lingering odor.
This cushion is only about 1 and half inch more thick, with a wise-spaced honeycomb structure, so I was skeptical at first whether it would really work to support my poor tailbone area all night long in a recliner.
