Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. Whether return shipping is free or at your cost depends on the specific product; this is always stated clearly on the product page before you purchase.

  • Free returns apply to most of our products, including our standard kneeling chairs. A prepaid return label will be provided.
  • Customer-paid returns apply to select products such as our handmade kneeling chair variants. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in these cases.

Items must be returned in unused, original condition and packaging. A $5–10 restocking fee per item applies to all returns.

To start a return, email us at support@ergonomiclux.com. Do not send anything back without first receiving approval from our team, unapproved returns may be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days.


Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days. If the item is returned in a used or non-resalable condition, a 20% deduction will be applied to your refund. 

For items that have a 30-day free return or 30 days money back guarantee no deduction will be applied. Most of our items won't have the deduction fee; if it does then it will be mentioned on the product page. 


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with photos or video and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. If you prefer a refund instead, standard return conditions apply.

If your order arrives with a missing part, we'll ship the missing part to you for free.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, a 5–10% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund, depending on your payment method.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order exceeds our estimated delivery window by more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll either reship or issue a full refund.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen or lost.


Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery / Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, refusal at delivery, or not being collected from your local post office in time, a return label fee and reshipping fee will apply. These fees range from $35–$85 depending on package size.


Important Notes

  • Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Returns shipped after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please provide your tracking number after shipping so we can monitor your return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items show signs of heavy use, damage, scratches, cracks, or dents.
