This little device is really nice. I sit at a computer all day, so I have been concerned about posture issues for a while. Most of the apparatuses on the market are geared to "holding you in the right position" with straps. I tried a few different ones, and they were all very uncomfortable and difficult to put on. This device not only solves both of those issues, but also allows you to build the proper strength on your own instead of acting as a crutch like the other devices. I call it the accountability collar (lol).Perfect for someone who already knows the physical therapy for forward head slumped shoulder but has trouble sticking to the correct posture. You can do exercises all day but if you slump during the day, the exercises dont do jack. Every physical therapist knows that maintaining good posture all the time will fix it hard and fast. Just make sure to do the exercises, mobility and stretching too because no device will accomplish that. Its a necessity in addition to this device in my experience.This device cannot fine tune your neck and shoulders, it is there to deter you from slumping forward at the computer. You cannot pay expecting a physical therapist. But you can pay to be annoyed by your own slumping which works wonders!! Haha
