How to use

First, take off any necklaces that you wear and then slightly wet your neck. You can use a wet cloth or simply wet your hands.

Second, turn on the massager by holding down the button for 3-5 seconds, wait till you hear a beep. When turned on, first click the "M" or Mode button on the remote to activate the massage. Then increase the intensity by clicking the "+" button (recommend clicking 5-10 times). 

Every time you switch massage modes by clicking the "M" button, it will reset the strength settings to 0 so you must click the "+" button to increase the intensity of the massage.

Why Can't I Feel Anything?

The massager has 15 strength levels. Right out of the box, the default intensity setting is the first strength level. You can adjust it as needed.

Troubleshoot: Every time you switch massage modes by clicking the "M" button. It will reset the strength settings to 0 so you must click the "+" button to increase the intensity of the massage.

Safety guidelines

- The massaging time should NOT exceed 30 minutes per day. The intensity should be set at an acceptable level that your body can endure. 

- Make sure the skin of your neck is well moistened. Before using the massager, moisten your neck with a wet towel in advance.

Will it hurt me?

The voltage is 5V, which is far lower than the international safety voltage standard 36V. The massage machine uses pulse technology, and you will feel a slight electric flow that won’t hurt you.

Who Is Not Suitable For This Massager?

  • Pregnant women: Should avoid using TENS in the abdominal and pelvic regions. 
  • People with epilepsy: Applying electrodes to the head or neck may induce seizures.
  • People with heart problems.
  • People with any time/form of cancer
  • People with a pacemaker or another type of electrical or metal implant.

I Turned It On But It Still Does Not Work

The massager may lack power — When you receive the massager and it does not work please charge it.

The light on the power button should be the color blue, indicating a full charge.
