This chair is a definite back saver. I’ve been struggling with lower back pain, but after starting to use this chair, I can confidently say that my condition has improved. It’s incredibly sturdy, with large bolts securing it to ensure stability. The assembly process is straightforward, taking me less than 20 minutes to set up. Additionally, it takes up minimal space, making it perfect for fitting into the corner of an office or bedroom.
I love the chair and this one is just what the body ordered you get a great stretch in many different angles which gives better outstanding success for your waist and back muscles. I have used the chairs for well over 60 years and take it over the flat bench. best for waist and lower back strength
Awesome piece of gear. Takes up small footprint. Less than 30 minutes to put together, don't even need directions. If you can change a tire on a car or walk and chew gum at the same time, you can put this together. The little you pay for this is well worth it. I weigh 180 and feel very comfortable and confident with its sturdiness. Get Fit, Live Long,.
Nice peice of equipment. Light enough to easily move around but plenty stable for safe use. Everyone in my family loves using it. Has helped us all different ways.
This Chair feels solid and stable, even during intense workouts. It adjusts easily, and was quick to put together. Perfect for back, core, and glute exercises without taking up much space
I love this thing! I've been looking for a long time for something where I can work my back. I have arthritis basically everywhere and getting down on the floor for me is not going to happen, at least not very easily. I always wanted something like this, but never knew they were in this price range until I looked just the other week.It was around 75 when I bought it and then with the points, it down to 48, so decided to try it. It ships with a bag of nuts and bolts and two wrenches and an allen wrench. It all goes together very easy. If I can do it anybody can.And it's super light at around 25 lb so it's not hard to move around. But it feels very stable. When I lay forward on it nothing is shifting nothing is creaking or anything. I'm sure I could make it fall over if I wanted to but just using it as it's intended, it's very stable. I'm 5 ft tall and 105 lb. I was worried I'd be too short to use it, but I actually had to raise the pads up one notch from lowest. And there are video reviews of guys that are six feet tall and 250 lb using it, don't think I have to worry about stabilityThere are several very good video reviews that show how to set it up and stuff and I would recommend watching those.Everything is very sturdy and made of steel. The feet don't slip when I use it, but I'm putting it on a yoga mat so the feet can grip on to that and lower any chance of it slipping. You can do other things with those little arms that I didn't know until I watched the videos. But for me I'm just using this for my back
Product is great, can fold up easily, light weight but sturdy when in use. The pads are soft and not too hard. It was also pretty simple to put together. Overall happy with this purchase!
Day One Review:I bought this to strengthen my lower back.Setup was easy. Took a little more than 30 min. One of the screw holes on the bottom was misaligned, so I needed to mess with it for a few minutes and force it in. Was not happy with that. Some factory defect im assuming.Overall feel is good. Im 6 ft and It feels safe enough to lean into the position. Its adjustable as well, so if youre shorter or taller you should be able to get the right position.Im not sure about the 330 pound weight capacity. My body weight (210) feels fine but I can't image adding an extra 120 pounds to this thing. Thia is also why i didnt bother installing the dip bar arms as I can't imagine even attempting to use them without this tipping over or snapping. Also they appear like they would get in the way during back extensions. The foldable ability is convenient and makes storing it in my limited space home gym easy.Ill update in a month or so after I've broken it in a bit more if there are any issues.Despite the factory defect the overall comfortability and stability is great for the price. But im giving 3 stars for the odd factory defect. Stuff like that is not acceptable.Edit two Months Later: So far so good. My lower back has been getting a lot stronger and is less prone to injury. I was skeptical about this but I've got to say, its held up pretty well. I still would not use the dip bars at all though.
The media could not be loaded. This bench feels solid. The adjustable settings make it simple to find a comfortable position, and it does a good job working lower back and hamstrings. I also appreciate that it folds up to save space when not in use. Overall, a reliable piece of equipment for home gym.
Easy to put together. Doesn’t take up much space. Sturdy enough for back extensions, spider curls, and other movements I experiment with. Best investment I ever made.
One of the pad's bolt holes were not tapped correctly causing the bolt threads to strip. I was able to get a shorter bolt and JBweld it in, which seems to be holding. Quality otherwise seems fine but QA isn't great.
They sent me a returned item and it had missing hardware/parts. However, made things right and I was able to buy all the missing bolts and nuts.Once I was able to put it together, its a great machine. That's why I changed to 5 stars because made it right and the product itself is really good.
Eh it’ll do the trick, but it’s seems very poorly made and like mentioned by another reviewer, the dip bar is a joke. This is only barely appropriate for back extensions and Definitely not what you get at a commercial gym. Not as stable or comfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.
