This cuff has helped a lot with my pain issues. While it doesn't offer the larger coverage and padding of a sleeve, being able to tighten or loosen it as needed has been a huge help. I'm really appreciate being able to just reach over and turn a dial to adjust my comfort needs.The cuff is well made and usually stays locked in place once I adjust the tightness. It has popped open a few times, but that was usually when I overtightened and then flexed my arm a lot. Considering how easy it is to use and the overall reduction in my pain while using it, this cuff was an excellent investment.
My husband has elbow pain, he says the adjustment on this brace is great and the size is accurate too. Says it’s comfortable to wear even when it’s hot outside. It’s lightweight and he can strap it without help. The Velcro holds nicely as well. Very good quality.
I didn't realize I had a box full of tendonitis braces in my closet when I ordered this - I guess every time I get tendonitis I must forget and order a new one! Well, this time I am SO glad I did. All of my other braces are elastic only - you stretch them over your arm and let go, and they compress.This one actually is adjustable in many many increments. It starts out with the "band" separated by some wires, and as you turn the knob, the band tightens a little at a time and holds. You stop tightening when you've reached the pressure you want. And it stays tight! When you want to release it, you just pull up on the knob and it releases the tension.Simple and effective!The only bad thing is now I have to throw away the other dozen or so braces I have in my closet - definitely no going back to outdated "technology" when you've seen the future. Kudos.
I tried every possible brace and option after developing pain in my right arm/elbow region which I learned was “golfers elbow”. The dial and padding of the brace allow pinpoint pressure to resolve the issue versus any other solution available. I strongly recommend this for anyone experiencing similar pain related to either golf or . Any other solution is a band aid and will not resolve the issue.
This elbow brace is by far the MOST comfortable, easiest to put on brace I’ve tried yet! Having struggled through elbow for years, in both arms, I have tried MANY of them;) I ended up having surgery on both elbows a few years ago, but now and then still struggle with random pain. I LOVE the dial feature-which makes it easy to put on, take off, and adjust with dealing with too-short ends to loop through a buckle, or annoying Velcro that sticks to your sweaters… I will buy another for the other elbow for SURE!
My elbow has been hurting for a while so I tried this brace. The turn knob is great. It is so easy to get the right squeeze. This is much better than my old strap. It really helps with the pain when I am playing and even after.One small problem is it can get a very warm when I wear it a long time especially when it is hot outside these days. Also be sure to measure your arm right. I almost picked the wrong size. All in all it is a good brace. It helps with the pain.
I was skeptical about the tightening mechanism, but once I tried it, I won't be going back to Velcro. It adjusts easily with the turn of the dial and it can get as tight as I will ever want it. Very soft skin with firm insides, making it an excellent brace for the elbow area. It is tough enough that it should last me a long time. I am well pleased and look forward to using it regularly. I Highly recommend it!
Fits great and the ratcheting/tightening feature is amazing! This allows you to apply different levels of pressure to your forearm. The gel inside is compact, but comfortable enough where I forgot I was wearing this about an hour in.
I like how easy this is to adjust and it has nice compression. I have battled elbow for at least a year so I was excited to try this. I often wake with my arms bent, hands on my chest and when I straighten them in the morning, it's extremely painful. I was hoping this would give relief from the elbow but also prevent me from bending my arms in my sleep. It's hard to say if it's helping the elbow as the pain hasn't been as bad lately but it does seem to prevent me from bending as much in my sleep. The fabric is soft and comfortable.
I play social and definitely need an elbow brace. I had elbow a few years back, I had to stop playing for six months, and I don't want to go through it again. Every time I play, I use a elbow brace, at the top of my forearm. This brace has a series of strings that are tightened by a twisting a button. To release, you just pull the button straight up. It was easy to put on, adjust and then fairly comfortable to wear. The only small issue I had was that the padding seemed to have bunched together. I like it more evenly spread out across the width of the brace I really liked the way you could adjust his so precisely, without taking it off and starting all over again.. I also really liked that it was pretty wide. Overall, I am fairly happy with this brace.
I got this band as a replacement or option other than the elbow sleeves as those were quite uncomfortable. With the band I was not sure what to expect but it was very easy to use. Quality has been reliable and comfortable, not showing any wear yet. Even with the adjuster knob it’s like not wearing anything after the first initial day. It fits me well, and easy to put on as well as adjust by myself without needing to ask anyone else and simple to remove. I’ve worn it up to 10 hours a day and I did not feel any soreness or pain while using it. No real soreness afterwards either. It does leave pressure marks (like when you sleep funny and get pillow marks) on my skin when worn a long time during working but honestly, I take it off when I’m done using my arms during the day in the evening and the impressions fade, no cons. It’s my first brace like this so I can’t compare it to anything other than sleeves but I would absolutely get another one of these bands in the future and skip the slip on sleeves. The support has been much better too!
All I can say, is that the Velcro that you're used to having on these braces, is such a thing if the obstacles once you try this.The mechanism that this brace uses is such a better way to apply pressure.I really really like the way it so EVENLY distributes the pressure around thebwntirety of your arm.Only gripe I have is the pad they use for pushing on your skin. Is more of a "tube" and it could he made a lot better. Not sure why they made that choice considering how good the rest of it is.
A bit hard to put in my arm without help applying. Not as comfortable as the simple Velcro braces I have used in the past. I think I’ll go back to my old braces

I don't play but I do work manual labor and have my whole life. The older I get the more I feel it and that elbow pain is definitely there, or no . Decided to give this a shot and while it doesn't completely alleviate it, it definitely helps. It was hard to get used to at first, just having something on there but didn't take long to get used to. I wear it through the fist half of my shift then give a break and if needed put it back on later. It's easy to place and the dial makes tightening it easy and the material is decent feeling.

The dial elbow brace is effective but I think there are better choices out there. The elbow is the slip-on type and there's a plastic dial that tightens two wires for the pressure you desire. Lift up the dial to release. The dial is a bit bulky for my preference and if you have a weak grip you might not get as much pressure you need. I feel I can get a better amount of pressure with the standard Velcro type elbow brace.
There are a million different elbow type things on and some of them are OK, a lot are junk but this one is awesome. Rather than using Velcro straps to secure it, this one has a screw down type mechanism to make it as tight as you want to make it and you can easily fine tune it to the exact tightness you want. My arm started hurting a bit from playing pickleball and this is the only thing that has genuinely worked well to apply the right amount of pressure to help it feel better when playing. The material that goes against the skin is quite comfortable.If you are looking for something like this to help with a elbow type injury or discomfort, look no further than this.I’ve only used it a few times so can’t say how long it will last at this point but so far it’s been the best thing I’ve found by far.
It’s a very good item. I like how when it loosens a little bit you just tighten the wheel a couple of notches and it feels good. You can adjust it throughout the day which is really nice.
Helped relieve my elbow pain from repetitive motion. Easy to adjust and stays in place during the day. It’s low-profile enough to wear under sleeves and really reduces strain when I’m working or lifting.
This is definitely easier to adjust than most others I have used. It seems to be easier to set to an exact compression level and seems to hold there more securely than Velcro only braces. The reel system works well and the brace is comfortable to wear. It may not be one of the longest lasting braces available though. The material and stitching are not poor quality but they do start to show signs of wear fairly quickly. The good news is that the fit/compression does not seem to be compromised by that.
There's a silicone band inside of it that's supposed to push on the sore part of your arm. However, it pushes out and what you end up having pushing on your arm is the seams. It needs a second piece of foam or material to go on the outside part of the band that fits against your arm. Otherwise doesn't really work as well as it should.
This works really well to relieve the pain from the sports injuries commonly called or golf elbow. ( these are two different injuries ). It is well made and has a large range of adjustability. The turn to tighten knob allows you to customize the amount of pressure to tailor it to you needs. It is easily hand washed so it won’t get funky in you.This has allowed me to continue playing pickleball while I work through this injury with ice/ heat, rest, stretching and PT. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of this item and the price.
Elbow brace is really nice, I like how it is adjustable, much better than the Velcro brace because it allows better positioning of pad on area that hurts. Well made and fast shipping!
I have several different varieties of compression sleeves for torn tendon after strain from elbow and golf elbow. I bought this particular type because my physical therapist suggested this was the best quality apparatus for my condition. Ease on the cuff, depress dial to lock and twist for desired tension. Supports elbow sufficiently. Somewhat bulky under a coat. Stays in place when clothing is not layered on top of device. Helps with swelling and discomfort.
Easy to use and I do like that the band is fully adjustable. Also the instructions are easy to follow for proper placement. I was able to continue doing yard work without the pain afterwards.
I use this specifically for what I work out. CrossFit. I like that I can turn the knob to adjust the tightness and quickly release it when I'm done with the workout. Velcro straps and other types of bands tend to stretch and don't give me the support that I need. I like this one.
It was comfortable and worked for the elbow pain I was experiencing, but it's an unknown how long it will last. Hard to tell how long those two plastic straps will stay strong enough to not snap under stress. The elbow bracelets of old that simply velcro together may be a better option.
It truly is built for a smaller size arm. That being said the boa dial adjustment works extremely well and the size or width of the band is appropriate to put pressure on the tendon associated with elbow.
I get tendonitis and when I do… it hurts. I’ve been looking for a brace / support like this and they all were either too small for my large forearm or they’d slip out of place. This one is perfect! You pull up on the knob to allow to open to put your forearm in, position it, push the button down, and turn it. It will tight to the exact fit and tightness you need. It’s not hard to use and it’s comfortable. I would absolutely buy this again!
It’s pretty good, you get a precise fit with the dial and it’s easy to use. Otherwise it's basically the same as every other elbow strap out there. I’d like the pressure bump to be a little more pronounced and I find something about the inner a little irritating on my skin but I have some surgery scars there so it might be a me problem. I’ve been wearing it over a sleeve since it’s winter anyway. I have one of the typical thinner elbow straps and I think the wider width on this is more comfortable by comparison.
