Ordered this for my hubby and 4 year old son to open together on Christmas! They were obsessed! It was probably one of the very best gifts that day they were punching it back & forth to each other. I figured it was a great gift for the home as they can use it to play and bond and I can use it when I'm angry with my husband 😂 you need to fill the bottom with water or sand or it will fall completely over but I think that's pretty obvious with something like this lol. It does come with one set of boxing gloves. It also comes with something to blow up the bag. Putting it together was a breeze & it doesn't even take up as much space as a I thought! Definitely cool for an older kid play room or a work out room. I think the price is good for what it is because the steel used is qaulity it is not flimsy at all. I think it's worth every penny & is a really cool set for any home.

I set it up in my backyard next to my pull up bar. The quality is good. The metal rod appears to be stainless steel. For added protection I coated the metal and the screws with W-D 40. I cover the punching bag with a barbeque hood , to protect it from the elements. I filled it with water. There is no way to know it down. When I hit hard it swings way down and springs back so you can use it to weave and stay agile and not get hit. The head is a solid rubber/plastic and feels like you are hitting a hard head. Wear MMA gloves at least. I got it to end out my workout and use it at least 10 minutes. On my off days I go longer. I enjoy it a lot and get full benefit.

I thought this thing was going to be a joke. Turns out it's a pretty stable device. I've bought it for myself but my wife is now loving to use this thing. It's extremely stable no matter how hard you hit it and I've even tried to tackle it and it still won't fall over. Be advised, still not recommended to play with this thing while drinking tequila.

The ball is harder than you think. Made from really hard rubber. Hand wraps are a must. Mouthpiece too. It's slow but packs a punch. Feels like a real sparring punch. The slow movement won't help with hand speed, or combinations; but the weight and reach helps with practice of slips and catches. Easy to put together, and very durable. Never had a leak. You could fill it with sand instead of water. Worth the value. The Hight can very from 6 to 4 feet tall. My little 8 year old niece loves it. Its her favorite toy.

So, I’m a 15 year old teen and bought this.Everything about it was pretty good. No leaks, good weight, good speed. The only thing I’d say is that (as one of the previous reviews said and showed) the bolt to change the height is insanely weak, I used it for about 2 hours with medium strength and it broke.
