The science of sitting
Why flat seats cause pain
Your spine handles pressure differently depending on what you sit on.
The problem
Flat seat surface
All your weight presses directly onto the tailbone. The pelvis tilts backward, compressing lumbar discs within minutes.
Not enough
Generic cushion
Adds padding but no structure. Compresses flat within weeks, offering softness without any real spinal support.
The solution
Contoured memory foam
U-shaped cutout suspends the tailbone. Side bolsters distribute weight to your sit bones, restoring natural spinal alignment.
Dead simple
Set up in 30 seconds
No assembly. No tools. Just place, sit, and feel the difference.
1
Place
Set the cushion on any seat with the contoured back facing the chair backrest. Works on office chairs, car seats, dining chairs, and wheelchairs.
2
Sit
Center your weight and let the memory foam conform to your body. The U-shaped cutout suspends your tailbone automatically.
3
Enjoy
That is it. If your chair is adjustable, lower it 1 to 2 inches to keep your elbows at desk height. You are set for the entire day.

This cushion uses slow-rebound memory foam, not cheap polyurethane. It compresses under your weight, then returns to its original shape when you stand. Customers report it holding up through months of 8+ hour daily use.
It adds roughly 3 inches of height. If you have an adjustable chair, simply lower it. For car seats, most drivers find the added height actually improves sightlines.
The base has a non-slip grip layer that holds well on fabric chairs, mesh seats, and car upholstery. On smooth leather or vinyl, a thin non-slip mat underneath keeps it locked in place.
New memory foam can have a mild scent out of the box. Let it air out for 24 hours and it fades completely. The removable cover is machine-washable too.
Unzip the breathable mesh cover and toss it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry low. The foam insert should never go in the washer.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, return it in its original condition for a full refund. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
The cushion measures approximately 17.5" wide x 14" deep x 3" tall and fits most standard office chairs, car seats, dining chairs, and wheelchairs. It weighs under 2 lbs, making it easy to carry between locations.

I have lower backaches and this memory foam seat helps a lot while driving
Great upgrade for long drives . This cushion makes long drives so much better. The memory foam has just the right balance of support and softness, and the straps keep it from sliding around. The cover zips off for easy washing, and it stays cooler than I expected, even on warm days. A simple, effective comfort boost for any seat.
This memory foam cushion makes a big difference during long hours of sitting for me. It’s soft but firm enough to relieve pressure on the tailbone and lower back. I use it in both my office chair and car seat, and it really helps. The shape feels good and stays in place. Great for anyone who sits a lot—truck drivers, office workers, or road trippers!
I can honestly say this is a super comfortable cushion, and my butt is definitely thankful for it… or at least half of my butt is. I’m a big guy (over 300 lbs), and I think this cushion was probably made for about half of me. That said, it absolutely helped my sciatica, and I could feel the difference on long sits. The only issue is that it’s not quite wide enough for my “full deluxe model” butt, so I don’t think I got the full value out of it like I would have if it were a bit larger.
My husband uses it....it was his birthday gift and he keeps it on the sifa. He says he is very happy with it ..supports his back and he jas no pain down his legs like he had bwen experiencing.
I was very pleased with the shape and size of this foam seat. It is true to the pictures. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was less thrilled with the amount and density of the padding. If the cushion was about an inch thicker and the foam more densely supportive, it would be perfect.
My order arrived in a timely manner. Now when I sit in my car with my Ergo my back feels very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a back problem.
Second time getting this. Used the first one in my car and I was happy and impressed on how comfortable they were that I had to get one for my office chair at home. It just fits so well, even the color is great and size is perfect for my stature. Quality of the foam is great. Not too hard and not too soft. Like all memory foam, it softens with your body heat but not to the point wherein youd feel any sag. It supports my lower back well that it significantly decrease any hip and back fatigue from sitting for hours. Well worth your money.
OMG, such a game changer for me, nice and firm, supports my legs and back which helps with my neck pain and relieves pressure off my lower back, flexible to fit most sitting situations. Good chair support and great value.
Love the seat cushion. Perfect for the long drives that we take to go camping with our truck and trailer. While I love my husband, truck when pulling a trailer it can sometimes get slightly bouncy, and I have a few herniated discs in my back close to my tailbone. This really helps take the pressure off on those long drives.
more comfortable than other coccyx pillows i’ve tried. the added lumbar support is actually a smart touch because it keeps it from sliding around on my mesh chair like the others did.
This is a well made substantial pillow that didn't work for me but doesn't mean that it's a bad product. I find the lumbar support to be pretty unique to each individual. I got this for a very uncomfortable old truck seat at our cabin and it just didn't work. It doesn't seem to have the lower support that I expected.
Very comfortable, we use it in a older car that the seats are not so comfy for long drives. Works perfect. Keeps you from having pain in your butt and back from driving.
