I ordered this brace because I already wear a back brace throughout the day to help keep me stable (hypermobility takes its toll otherwise), but my shoulders were still migrating forward, no matter what. Granted, I can't really wear it out of the house unless it's turtleneck weather, because of how high it fastens in front—but I wasn't looking for a fashion accessory, I was looking for a well-made, fully adjustable brace and that's exactly what this is. If you have rounded shoulders or have struggled with cervical spine issues, I would recommend at least a trial. Removing the weight-bearing and body stabilization load from muscles, rather than the ligaments and tendons that should have been doing those jobs, can be a revelation. Good luck, everyone.

It held up amazingly well to daily, grueling workouts and practice and it did seem to offer the support needed to prevent re-injury.It didn't come with instructions and was slightly complicated to get the straps just right the first time, but once you have it, it's super easy to maintain the fit.It was definitely more comfortable than the sully brace and it offers protection to both shoulders at a very reasonable cost.
After reading the reviews I was really hesitant in ordering this brace but since there isn't really a huge market for anything larger than a 2xl for this type of brace, I wanted to give it a try. I didn't even bother measuring. As a larger woman WITH a larger chest, I find this quite comfortable and the straps that go across the chest rest above (across collar bone area). the underside of my arms do get pinched every now and then but I imaging I just have to adjust the arm straps. I needed shoulder relief immediately and slapped this on over my shirt as soon as it was delivered to my doorstep. I like that this is giving my shoulders a nice support and rest. The pain isn't as noticeable. I would also like to see if I can use this for my powerlifting training since this is the source of my shoulder pain. When I raise my arms over my head, the brace isn't as supportive There is a "new" neoprene smell to it, but that doesn't bother me since I also like the smell of new tennis balls/burning matches, etc. Happy customer here.
