    How to sit on it?

    It is important that most of the weight is on your hips and only about 10-15% is on your shins. Also, your kneecaps should not be touching the padding. This will help your back be more aligned and help you feel more balanced on the runners.

    Will it hurt my knees?

    When you first start using the chair, it's natural to feel some pain or tenderness in your shins and knees, but after that, your shins will strengthen and take most of your weight. Your knees should be in great condition!

    Some chairs are also more pleasantly aesthetic. For example, The adjustable black one that we have has an easy way to adjust your knee angle while the aesthetics of the chair might not be the best.

    As opposed to the more expensive kneeling chair that we have for $275 that has a very aesthetic look and also a comfortable material, as well it is much easier to assemble and it fits under any table that you want.

    A difference between the kneeling chair for back pain and the regular kneeling chair besides the quality is also the fact that the pads are handcrafted and are easier to wash - with a wet towel or small mop due to their material.

    If you like being higher (sitting higher) and feel a more hard surface then we would recommend going with the thicker cushion.
